THE NEWS – Victor-y for Days’ Vivian?

A determined Vivian gets a step closer to stealing Victor away from Kate this week on Days of Our Lives: She concocts a plan to not only seduce Victor but also to have him find Kate in a very compromising position.

As the week opens, Victor reveals to a surprised Vivian that he can walk, and tells her it is imperative that she keep the information under wraps. She promises to do just that, but has ulterior motives of her own. “After Victor tells Vivian that he will always love Kate, she decides to take matters into her own hands,” Louise Sorel (Vivian) says. “She gets him to go on this weekend retreat – supposedly for business – in hopes that she will be alone with him.”

Kate, meanwhile, can’t get Nicholas off her mind, and has a steamy fantasy about him. Later, fantasy becomes reality when Kate and Nicholas wind up in a passionate embrace that Marlena almost witnesses. Nicholas manages to get away, and Marlena and Kate get down to the business at hand: planning Kate and Victor’s wedding. A torn Kate suddenly becomes emotional, and Marlena presses her to reveal what’s gotten her so upset.

By week’s end, Vivian finalizes her and Victor’s weekend getaway plans; she feels secure that she’ll be able to seduce Victor and then live happily ever after with him. Kate remains an obstacle, however, so Vivian arranges for Victor to be at the right place at the right time. - Tony Calega

Hold on to your television sets! Shocking secrets and startling discoveries turn the soap world upside-down for the new two weeks! Hope is pregnant on DAYS OF OUR LIVES, but the million-dollar question remains: Whose baby is it? Will Bo and Hope be reunited before it’s too late?

How Will A Pregnant Hope Survive?

The next two weeks on DAYS OF OUR LIVES promise to be among the most emotionally riveting that we’ve ever witnessed. Now that Gina is dead, we are in for another shock: The real Hope is pregnant! But rather than feeling elated by the news, she’s in emotional and physical misery.  She’s sick, near-starving… and still being held captive with her worst enemy – Stefano. Now, after a poisonous spider bite, she’s in danger of dying. Surprisingly, the man who comes to her rescue isn’t her beloved Bo, but Stefano. While Stefano tries his best to save her life, the clock is running out: With every minute, Hope is closer to following the deathly fate of Princess Gina.

“Hope is frantic,” underscores Kristian Alfonso (Hope). “She’s desperate, passionate about getting out of there and back to her family. She just knows intuitively that something horrible has happened in Salem. Hope tries to be brave, but becomes ill. She suspected pregnancy. Still, the reality of it knocks her off balance.”

Without telling Stefano about her condition, she questions him about the last year. He says that, as Gina, she caught the attention of several possible suitors, but Hope refuses to entertain the thought that the baby might not be Bo’s.

Stefano could be filling her mind with obscenities,” says Alfonso. “Even if he told her she had lovers, there have been so many lies. She could never fathom being unfaithful to Bo and holds to the belief that the child, somehow, must be his.”

Meanwhile, back in Salem, John remembers more of his life with Gina. Not to mention, memories of making love to Gina/Hope on the submarine during his honeymoon to his beloved doc haunt him.

No one in Salem knows if Hope is dead or alive, and Bo hasn’t any idea of how to ever find her! As Greta and her friends plan a trip to France to bury Gina’s ashes, we can only pray that this will help lead them to Hope.

As Stefano fights to save her life, the infection in her leg grows worse, her vision blurs and she’s delirious with fever. While full of pain, Hope blurts out a shocker that stuns Stefano!

“I would find it fascinating if Stefano was the father of Hope’s child,” Joseph Mascolo (Stefano) says. “He’d be connected to the Brady family, which has been his focus of revenge for decades. What a Greek tragedy!”  By Loraine Zenka

Daddy Dearest

If and when Bo finds Hope, how will he react when he learns that she’s pregnant with another man’s child? He knows it’s not his, but he loves Hope.

Stefano knows the baby could be his. Although it was Hope’s body, Stefano went to bed with Gina – the woman he loves – on his mind. What will he do to claim the child he may believe to be his?

John knows he made love to Hope when each was in the Stefano-created mindset of John the Mercenary and Gina. How will he react to Hope’s pregnancy?

Gina is dead, but her dark legacy lives on. Bo and Hope, Marlena and John, Stefano and their relations are all affected. Shawn could think he’s going to have a brother or sister. Belle’s father knows the truth. Will Belle find out… and whom might she tell? On her deathbed, Gina told Greta who her father is. Most likely, it’s John or Stefano. We can’t wait for Father’s Day!

* Friday, February 11 – Eric and Greta grow closer in their relationship as they share a very passionate encounter.

* Elsewhere in Salem… Bo refuses to accept that Hope is gone.   Meanwhile, Shawn discovers that he and Chloe have quite a lot in common.

* In other parts of town, Brandon is still determined to get revenge on Abe. However, Abe winds up slapping a pair of handcuffs on Brandon.
